For the second year, the Festival will feature a showcase of furry friends with human models in "Cleveland's Cutest Dog Contest & Fashion Show" presented by Pet-Tique, Lawrence Baston, owner, & Fabiola Productions. Models will wear apparel from several Warehouse District restaurants. The dogs will not be judged, just their outfits. Criteria is based on Cuteness, Creativity, and use of color. Dog owners need to supply their canine's outfit for the contest. To enter, just come to the Warehouse District Festival booth to sign up from noon-3 pm, day of the event. The entry fee is $10, which benefits local pet rescues. Prizes will be awarded for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place winners.

A big attraction each year is the opportunity to visit open houses hosted by residential property managers or realtors, who provide information in their booths at the Festival and open houses at their dramatic loft apartments and condos located in the District.

The art show will offer beautiful jewelry, oil paintings, tie-dyed clothing, metal sculpture, textiles, engraved garden rocks, handmade accessories and photography.

Other exciting event features include corn hole, an architectural tour (5:30 PM), a Take a Hike tour, (3 PM), origami, face painting, clowns, balloon animals, a magician, stilt walkers, a cartoonist, juggler and even a real-life statue. Please sign up in advance for the two tours at the Historic Warehouse District booth the day of the event. There will be a limited number of tour spots due to the popularity of the tours.

Parking is available at Network Parking lots on West 6th Street and West 9th Street for only $2.

The Festival would not be possible without generous Sponsors, which include the Historic Warehouse District Development Corporation, Downtown Cleveland Alliance, Councilman Joe Cimperman, Ward 3, City of Cleveland; Ford Fiesta, Dave's, Dollar Bank, Howard Hanna, Keller Williams Realty, Landmark Management, Greater Cleveland RTA, Barley House, Johnny's, Coors Light, Molson, Barefoot Wines, WKYC TV-3, The Plain Dealer, Cleveland Scene and Tenable Protective Services.
