Description:
TBC is a multiservice center and safe haven that does direct service through a food pantry and weekly hot meal and carries out educational outreach programming for children and adults: GED tutoring, computer training for adults and children, tutoring for children, and healthy activities for children, especially in the areas of the cultural arts.
