You can filter by one or two factors when searching the database. Selecting nothing will list all grants, just use the links at the bottom of the list to access additional pages. You may make multiple selects under each filter by using the ctrl key on a PC or the command key on a Mac.

Neighborhood Connections, in partnership with The Cleveland Foundation's Project Access program, Neighborhood Leadership Institute, the Neighborhood Leadership Development Program, and the Cleveland Neighborhood Development Coalition, created this neighborhood Grassroots Directory of all grassroots groups and faith communities affiliated with our programs.
The goals of this directory are many, but its primary purpose is to make known the work being done by grassroots groups and organizations in your neighborhood and across the city of Cleveland. This Directory is intended to serve as a catalyst to bring more grassroots groups and organizations together to effect positive change in Cleveland's neighborhoods.
The Grassroots Directory lists groups and organizations by neighborhood, by organization type, and by issue. The Grassroots Directory will be available to the general public in a bound paper copy in December 2009. There is no charge for including your organization or faith community's information in this directory.
All of the groups listed in this directory are volunteer led, very small non-profit organizations, or faith congregations. If you’d like to be considered for entry into this directory, please go to https://www.surveymonkey.com/s.aspx?sm=Wp4_2bR1o3GY8mV0bsKvyaPw_3d_3d
or call 216.393.4642 to request a registration form.
The next deadline for proposals is Friday, February 12th at 5 pm. Applications can be downloaded at www.neighborhoodgrants.org, or obtained by calling 216-393-4642 or by emailing neighborhoodgrants@clevefdn.org
